SikaTop® Seal-109 MY is a cementitious, two-part, polymer-modified flexible waterproofing coating. It is applied to concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration.

Uses:

Waterproofing, sealing of hairline cracks and as a protective coating against aggressive elements such as carbon dioxide (for example, in concrete repair work), frost and de-icing agents.

Areas of application include water tanks, basements, car parks, terraces, balconies, bridges, retaining walls, swimming pools, RC gutters, bathroom floors and walls, planter boxes, wet rooms for example kitchens, waste water treatment plants, shower rooms and laundries.

Sikaflex® Construction is one component, moisture curing, elastic joint sealant based on polyurethane.

Uses:

It is suitable for outdoor applications.

Sikalastic®-590 is one component polyurethane-acrylic dispersion with improved water ponding resistance, excellent UV resistance, good crack bridging capacity and great esthetics. For manual / spray application, Sikalastic®-590 can be applied as coating or a reinforced liquid applied membrane with Sika-120 Reemat.

Uses:

• For waterproofing solutions in both new construction and refurbishment projects.
• For roofs with many details and complex geometry when accessibility is limited.
• For cost efficient life cycle extension of failing roofs.
• For reflective coating to enhance energy efficiency by reducing cooling costs. (Sikalastic®-590 White)

Sikalastic®-590 Deckseal is one component polyurethane – acrylic dispersion with improved water ponding resistance, excellent UV resistance, good crack bridging capacity and great esthetics. For manual / spray application, Sikalastic®-590 Deckseal can be applied as coating or a reinforced liquid applied membrane with Sikalastic Fleece-80.

SikaTop®-107 Plus is a two component, pre-packed polymer modified cementitious waterproofing slurry mortar comprising of a liquid polymer and cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures. It has excellent adhesion and high performance.

Uses:

For external and internal waterproofing, crack sealing, on concrete, mortar, brickwork, and steel in:

• Swimming pool
• Water tank
• Fish pond
• Toilet
• Balcony

SikaLatex® SP is a synthetic rubber emulsion for adding to cement mortars, where good adhesion and water resistance are required. It is suitable for tropical conditions.

Uses:

SikaLatex® SP is a high quality emulsion that substantially increases the qualities of cement mortars such as:

• Thin layer patching mortars
• Renders
• Floor screeds
• Concrete repair mortars
• Abrasion resistant linings
• Tile fixing mortars
• Masonry mortars

Sikalastic® -1 KMY is a one component, flexible, fibre-reinforced mortar, based on cement modified with special alkali-resistant polymers. It also contains fine fillers, selected graded aggregates, plus special waterproofing additives to produce a flexible mortar that is ideal for waterproofing surfaces subject to flexural strain. Sikalastic® -1 KMY is suitable for application by brush, roller or trowel.

Uses:

• Waterproof protection of concrete structures including tanks, basins, pipes, swimming pools
• Waterproofing external wall surfaces to be backfilled in the ground
• Internal waterproofing of walls and floors, in basements, etc.
• Waterproofing of terraces and balconies over concrete or prepared existing tiles
• General waterproofing of concrete surfaces
• Compatible with Sika Ceram Series, tilling system.
